Our biggest event of the year is the eight hours of LIT! programming we provide every year at Wheeling Arts & Culture Fest.
LIT! at Wheeling Arts & Culture Fest will be held on August 1, 2026. Our programming this year will include:
- poetry, fiction, nonfiction, and dramatic readings
- a visit from a famous writer (impersonator)
- a literary trivia competition
- a reading by our first annual writing contest winners
- a used book sale
- book sales by local authors
- bibliomancy
- Poems While You Wait by WV Poet Laureate Marc Harshman
- and so much more
